How and where can we learn blockchain, Generally.
What tool is best and easy for Blockchain to be well understood by beginners like me. And hence to pursue well the filecoin green.
And which coding ground is easier to use, Vs code? or Vim or which one?. Thank you.

Vs Code is a very good place to work with blockchain projects. You can also use Replit or Remix depending on the blockchain. A good way to look over and understand would be "udemy" as the have a lot of visuals and walk throughs so that you understand web3.

No problem! Also look at the developer documents for each company that's participating in the hackathon. They typically have tutorials on how to utilize their assets.
